We are looking for a recruitment specialist who will integrate the human resources team for a period of 6 months. The incumbent will work in the Paysafe office in Montreal and will be responsible for meeting our recruitment needs for highly qualified employees for all of our Eastern Canada offices. We are looking for a reliable and proactive person whose service design is focused on quality.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Meet with the Human Resources Partner and the Recruiting Manager to understand the specific requirements of the positions to be filled and to collect all relevant information
  • Provide job descriptions as required and enter all positions in the HR Global System Success Factors
  • Obtain budgetary approvals for applications for vacant positions
  • Establish a pool of direct applicants through LinkedIn, executive search agencies, Indeed and other specialist job sites
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies by defining modalities, organizing telephone information sessions and continuously advising them of vacancies
  • Review resumes by ensuring that recruiting managers receive relevant applications in a timely manner
  • Pre-screen candidates by conducting telephone interviews
  • Participate in face-to-face interviews and ensure management and coordination
  • Propose job vacancies taking into account the budget and deadline requirements
  • Conduct background checks and new employee intake processes
  • Maintain all files related to recruitment and new employees

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years proven experience in recruitment in an evolving industry.
  • Ability to establish effective relationships with recruiting managers.
  • Exceptional ability to communicate and write in French and English.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Team spirit coupled with an understanding of team goals.
  • Immediate availability.

We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team on a 6-month contract. This position is based in the Paysafe Montreal office and will be responsible for the delivery of high quality recruitment. We are looking for a confident and proactive individual who is quality driven in their service approach.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Meeting with Human Resources Business Partner and Hiring
  • Building Job Descriptions where necessary and opening all vacancies on the Global HR system Success Factors
  • Attaining budget approval for vacancy requirements
  • Direct sourcing of candidates via LinkedIn, headhunting, Indeed and other specialist job boards
  • Managing external recruitment agencies
  • Hiring Managers
  • Pre-screening candidates by conducting phone interviews
  • In-person interview management, coordination and participation
  • Making offers of employment in accordance with budget and time frame requirements
  • Managing background of the New Joiners
  • Keeping all recruitment and New Joiner

 

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of strong recruitment experience in a fast moving industry
  • Ability to form strong relationships with Hiring Managers
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal English and French
  • Attention to detail
  • Team player with who understands group objective
  • Available to start immediately
