We are currently looking for a product manager, Multiréeau, for our office in Montreal, Canada, or for our Irvine, California office.

 

The Paysafe group is looking for a product manager who will help propel the offerings of multi-network solutions. As a product manager, the incumbent will work with high-caliber payment professionals, technology providers and prestigious clients who are looking for integrated transaction solutions with or without a card presentation. It will leverage Paysafe's extensive experience in payment technology, business processes and risk management to shape the future of the multi-network product.

 

Paysafe is an international provider of payments and technology. The company offers merchants payment channels with or without a card presentation. Our goal is to provide our merchants and partners with integrated solutions that address all their processing needs, from traditional POS, card-based POS, mobile POS, and e-commerce and mobile payment solutions.


The incumbent will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to clarify business requirements and create analysis files to improve products. It will transform business requirements into functional specifications and harmonize them with an engineering team to ensure technical design and technical results meet identified market needs.

 

The person chosen must be able to communicate with all sectors of the company. She will work with an engineer counterpart to determine the requirements for product launches. She will work with marketing communications teams to identify the marketing strategy to help them understand the positioning of products, key benefits and targeted customers. It will also serve as an internal and external promoter for all products offered and occasionally work with sales teams and key customers.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and manage product roadmaps to achieve business objectives and implement strategies;
  • Assist in defining the vision, goals, functions and basic requirements of products;
  • Develop a shared vision by building consensus on priorities for product deployment;
  • Collaborate with user experience experts, visual designers and highly creative engineers to achieve the best possible version of an option or product to bring to market;
  • Create and maintain product roadmaps, functional delays registers, and product-related documents, such as product requirements documents, user accounts, use cases, Users, logic diagrams and functional specifications;
  • Prioritize development activities with engineering teams, assist in determining the best technical deployment methods, work closely with the Quality Assurance team on acceptance testing, and lead product launches .

 

Basic skills :

  • At least three years experience in product management or operational analysis, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with payment systems, mobile POS or traditional POS.
  • BA or B.Sc., preferably in a technical field, such as in data processing.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and understanding of the role of product management with different methods of development.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and carry out deployment of payment products, especially POS and mobile POS.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to quickly understand, simplify, integrate and communicate complex or technical concepts.
  • Minutiae, ability to follow up and attention to detail recognized.
  • Up-to-date knowledge and understanding of market trends and keen interest in processing payments and payment systems.

 

Required skills:

  • Focus on user-driven product design and product development based on data.
  • Excellent understanding of user experience, technical and operational problems.
  • Knowledge of certification processes for terminals, EMV, magnetic tape and NFC.

Paysafe Group is looking for a product manager to help Omni Channel solutions offering. As a Business Manager, you will be able to work with your customers and business partners. You will draw from Paysafe's deep expertise in payments technology, business processes and risk management to shape the future of the omni channel product.

 

Paysafe is an international Payments and Technology provider to merchants with both Card-Present and Card-Not-Present channels. We offer a wide range of products and services to meet the needs of our customers.


You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to create business cases and create business cases for product enhancements. You will need to be able to work with the company.

 

You must be able to communicate with all areas of the company. You will work with an engineering counterpart to define product release requirements. You will work with marketing communications to define the go-to-market strategy, helping them understand the product positioning, key benefits, and target customer. You will also have the opportunity to provide you with the most up-to-date customer service.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Define and manage product roadmaps to realize business goals and strategies.
  • Help define the core product vision, goals, functionality and requirements.
  • Establish shared vision by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution.
  • Collaborate with highly creative user experience, visual designers and engineers to reach the best possible version of a feature or product to bring to market.
  • PRDs, user stories, user boxes, user flows, logic flows, and functional specifications.
  • Prioritize development activities with engineering teams, assist in determining the best technical implementation methods, work closely with QA on acceptance testing and lead product launches.

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of product management, business analysis or equivalent experience
  • Experience in Payments Systems, Mobile POS and / or Traditional POS
  • BA / BS, preferably in a technical field
  • Experience with agile methodologies and an understanding of product management.
  • Proven track record of leading and delivering implementations of payment products, especially in POS or MPOS.
  • Strong leadership, communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical problem solving and decision making skills.
  • Ability to quickly understand, simplify, internalize and communicate complex or technical concepts.
  • Demonstrated thoroughness, follow-up and attention to detail.
  • Up-to-date understanding of market trends and keen interest in Payment Processing and Payment Systems.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Emphasis on user-driven product design and data-driven product refinement.
  • Strong understanding of experience, technical & business issues.
