Job Description

The purpose of this role is to maintain and develop consistent Partner production within the Partner Channel. Deliver month over month growth of approvals, increased partner satisfaction, and support  Partner Sales channel with delivering on results.

 

Responsibilities that come with the role:

 

  • Hungry to meet and exceed assigned sales objectives
  • Display inspiring behaviors and attitude
  • Quick learning of Irvine Office
  • Identify Paysafe’s strengths and work within 
  • Work daily with VP of Partner Sales to help drive success with Partner Sales
  • Develop strategy for base and new partners production aligned to Partner Sales objectives
  • Proactively reach out to non-performing partners  and offer  value added product and services
  • Identify top 10 partners and develop a growth strategy
  • YOY growth from Partner Sales approvals
  • Work daily with outside partners to educate on how to have great partner experience and deliver on expectations
  • Work closely with Marketing, Operations, Risk, Finance, sales support, customer service  and Credit departments
  • Successful forecasting of current/base Partners production on a monthly basis
  • Identify and work with  partners with upside potential
  • Eliminate time suckers and focus on productive opportunities
  • Work closely with Sales Support  to insure a great partner experience of on  boarding
  • Present needs timely and appropriately to upper management

  4. Proven track history of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
