Responsibilities
 

·         Support customers via telephone, email and chat, ensuring 1-contact resolution and utmost client satisfaction

·         Deliver premier heroic service, with high standards of excellence (incl. quality and speed)
 

Candidate Requirements

IF YOU:

·         are a hero fluent in Arabic and have a working level of English, willing to use your excellent communication skills to help people.

·         strive to solve issues with a single stroke and a smile.

·         have superhero powers such as time controlling abilities and multi-tasking skills

·         are ready to use your superhero powers between 8 AM – 12 AM (8-hour shifts, incl. weekends)
