Job Description:
- Verifiy the prospective customer data by phone with checking the customer data which specified by the company
- do phone calling to the customer with nominal specified
- liable with the verified customer data and has been escaped in the checking stage
- handling questions from customer through email, whatsapp and live chat and also give informations that they are needed specifically in a fun and kind way.
- pay attention to details, give a understandable explanations for customer.
- managing email and live chat carefully.
- take and give a fast respond to customers' questions.
- identifying customers' needs.
- utilizing the live chat effectively to achieve the target.
- create a good relation with customers and employees based on trust and service.
- keeping the record of chat between the customer service and the customers in Customer Feedback Report (CFR) with an understandable texts.
