Part of this group is payolution, a FinTech and IT service company headquartered in Vienna. Payolution allows online merchants to offer their products without risk without the risk of a purchase.


Your tasks

  • You are responsible for the support and further development of an existing customer portfolio in our e-commerce customer segments (eg e-retail, travel, gaming, ticketing) for our WhiteLabel online payment on invoice, installment payment, monthly statement and direct debit
  • Central contact person for our business customers in all questions regarding product, services, process optimization etc.
  • Monitoring sales activities in the CRM system (Salesforce)
  • Identification of up-selling potentials with added value for the customer, as well as the negotiation of conditions
  • Reporting the sales and business development activities for existing customers
  • Regular customer visits, as well as participation in various e-commerce trade fairs as well as partner events
  • Close collaboration with internal departments such as marketing, IT, compliance and legal

your profile

  • University or Fachhochschulabschluss
  • Min 2-3 years experience in the field of customer support, preferably in branches such as financial services, online payment, e-commerce, IT or telecommunications
  • Strong interest in the online world and the latest trends
  • Structured and independent operation
  • Representative appearance and excellent networking skills
  • Communicative teamplayer
  • An advantage is experience with Salesforce
  • Excellent German knowledge at a native speaker level, fluent English
