Overview :

Paysafe is continuously improving its business continuity management program across the group. As a member of the Business Continuity Management team, you will act as a professional with strong skills and a recognized capacity to support the implementation and management of a business continuity framework. Business continuity and crisis management for a multinational company.

The Business Continuity Manager is responsible for creating plans for regulatory and contractual compliance and business continuity, maintenance, training, testing and reporting. The aim is to improve organizational resilience and ensure the continuity of basic payment activities in the event of natural disasters, threats to security, cyber threats and human error. 

The Business Continuity Manager works with the Chief of Business Continuity Management and all business and IT processes, By adopting a risk-based approach to ensuring the effective maintenance of business continuity management and underlying disaster recovery controls. The Manager ensures that risks are reduced by conducting assessments and setting requirements to protect the Company from business continuity incidents.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining the group's business continuity and crisis management framework
  • Ensure policy compliance
  • Enhance business continuity management; Maintaining underlying disaster recovery plans and associated documentation
  • Support analyzes of process and interdependence impacts and use information to develop continuity requirements and priorities
  • Conduct risk assessments to identify causes of business interruption and to ensure that controls are in place to reduce or eliminate identified risks, including those associated with critical suppliers
  • Disseminate the risks associated with business continuity at the appropriate levels and coordinate mitigation interventions
  • Prepare regular reports on the overall state of business continuity management and related improvement plans
  • Maintain site evacuation, incident management and technology recovery plans
  • Recommend recovery strategies and options and assist with the implementation of solutions and testing
  • Coordinate business continuity management activities within the organization and work closely with technology teams to ensure that their disaster recovery plans related to critical systems and applications are aligned with management plans Business continuity
  • Coordinate the Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Management Program, produce related reports, actively participate in testing scenarios and create risk management plans related to business continuity management
  • Maintain business continuity management documentation, ensuring training for all stakeholders
  • Support the Chief of Business Continuity Management by assisting departments in budgeting and conducting business continuity management
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Provide business continuity management know-how, including compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements
  • Provide expertise and support to management in the event of business interruption
  • Develop training materials on business continuity management for internal stakeholders
  • Contributing to crisis management efforts and training and testing

Exp érien this and Skills 

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Management, Business Administration or related degree and Certificate from a recognized business continuity management organization (BCCE Business Continuity Certificate or equivalent)
  • At least seven years of relevant experience in business continuity management or disaster recovery and crisis management
  • Good knowledge of the ISO 22301 standard
  • Project or program management skills - Demonstrated ability to manage projects at the highest technical and tactical levels and to coordinate multidisciplinary projects
  • Excellent ability to analyze and understand processes, risks and controls

Paysafe is in the process of continuously enhancing its Business Continuity Management program across the Group. As a member of the Business Continuity Management team, you will have a strong background in the implementation and management of the BCM and Crisis Management Framework for a Global organization.

The Business Continuity Manager is responsible for the development, training, testing, reporting and maintenance of plans to ensure both regulatory compliance and business continuity; And human security. In this paper, we present the results of the study. 

The Business Continuity Management (BCM) and the underlying Disaster Recovery (DR), the Business Continuity Manager will collaborate with the Head of BCM, all departments, on both business processes and IT, taking a risk based approach. ). Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain regional BCM and Crisis Management framework for the group

  • Business Impact Analysis (BIA) for the group processes, and interdependences, and using this information to determine continuity requirements and priorities

  • Escalate business continuity risks as appropriate and coordinate mitigating responses

Exp erience and skill set 

  • Bachelor degree of management information, business administration or related degree with certificate from BCM body (BCCE or equivalent)
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Business Continuity Management / Disaster Recovery and Crisis Management
  • Good knowledge regarding ISO 22301
  • Project / Program Management skills - demonstrable track record successfully managing projects at the highest technical and tactical levels, coordinating multi-discipline projects
  • Excellent analytical skills and understanding of processes, risks and controls
