Key Areas of Responsibilities

Card Solutions is looking for an implementation project manager to work in a dynamic fast growing team working with high profile clients delivering cards solution across UK and Europe.

The successful candidate ideally will have industry knowledge and experience within the prepaid market, and a strong project management background.

Key Accountabilities

 

  • Responsible for full delivery of card programs for key clients.
  • Ability to gather, document and share requirements, achieving client sign off.
  • Ability to effectively track changes via a formal change request process.
  • Ability to manage risks, actions and issues internally and externally.
  • Multi-discipline exposure to card schemes, sales, marketing, operations, risk, compliance and legal.
  • Lead client facing meetings representing Paysafe.
  • Create and maintain processes and documentation.
  • Strong strategic vision, thought leadership and ability to turn complex strategies into practical and execution oriented plans.

 

 

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

 

  • Able to demonstrate strong project management experience.
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and persuasively to both technical and non-technical audiences at all levels internally and externally.
  • Able to demonstrate strong client facing skills.
  • Experience in e-money, card issuance and MasterCard scheme rules and prepaid would be beneficial.
  • Target focused with attention to detail.
  • Competent in the use of Microsoft Office products ~ Microsoft project, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
  • The culture within the team and the growing business requires individuals that will go above and beyond the call of duty to ensure the best service and experience for our customers whilst protecting their funds and daily transactional experiences.
  • The individual can be based in any of Paysafe UK locations. But may have occasional travel to other UK and Overseas locations.

 

Qualifications

 

  • Project Manager qualification.
  • 3 plus years’ relevant experience, from a Payment scheme perspective or a Card issuer.
