At Mollie we have a fantastic opportunity for you to be involved in leading our multinational Customer Services Team to new heights.

Mollie is the leading online payments services provider in The Netherlands and Belgium and rapidly expanding internationally. You are responsible for the smooth daily operation of our Amsterdam based Customer Service Team, maintaining a very high degree of customer satisfaction, and ensuring that the team can handle our continued exponential growth in clients across verticals, countries and languages.

This role is ideal for an ambitious, international Customer Services Lead, with substantial team management experience in an environment where service excellence was paramount.

You will:

Envision and execute a strategy for top notch user experience;
Consistently measure and drive team efficiency and the user experience;
Build and manage multi-lingual teams of A-players;
Maintain the feedback loop to product development;
Work alongside the team to resolve client queries hands-on;
Be part of the current Management Team.

You must:

Have experience leading a client services team in an organisation that strives for customer service excellence;
Have experience leading multilingual and multinational teams;
Have experience in making the quality and efficiency of customer service measurable through KPIs;
Have experience in managing operational change;
Have experience in analysis, planning and execution;
Have a firm grasp of what it takes to offer excellent customer service;
Have professional fluency in Dutch and English. Speaking other major European languages is considered an asset.
