Paysafe is currently searching for an Infrastructure Architect to join our team in Hyderabad.   

Reporting to the Global Director Infrastructure Architect, you will be responsible for the successful documentation and design of infrastructure projects, working with both technical and business project team resources to ensure quality solutions are delivered on time and on budget according to defined scope, timeline and cost parameters.


You will also act as the liaison on a cross-functional basis providing support and input on technical analysis and design deliverables to support the business in all manners of infrastructure-related projects including desktop services, server, database, storage, monitoring systems, data centre management, automation and orchestration.



  • Support a wide range of business-driven projects including knowledge management, standardization and integration, database migrations, data warehousing, micro-service environments and others
  • Provide technical leadership and management to the Infrastructure team including but not limited to the following:
  • Work with project and account teams to prepare proposals and provide estimates and schedules for technical activities
  • Participate and document the discovery phase for requirements gathering
  • Analyze requirements and produce documentation for detailed requirements, architectural recommendations and systems and code level design
  • Assist with the standardization process of the complex IT environment: hardware, software and licensing
  • Perform cross-training and customer handoff
  • Develop, communicate and manage process development following the ITIL methodology including:  change management, problem management, SLA management, capacity planning, performance management, etc.
  • Identify technical and procedural risks on a go-forward basis
  • Gather and analyze business requirements, as well as needs of Infrastructure team
  • Provide hands-on support as required throughout the team as needed and as skill set dictates



Mandatory Skills/Certifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of industry work experience
  • Experience with Unix/Linux, Storage/LUNs, Systems, Oracle/MySQL/MSSQL database, Docker/Containerization, Big-Data
  • Experience in automation and orchestration “ansible, devnet, devops”
  • Exposure to a wide range of technology in a production environment
  • Infrastructure design and support for complex datacenter
  • Understanding of end-to-end project, software and development cycles
  • Exceptional problem determination and creative problem-solving skills
  • Strong understanding of Unix environments and applications


Desired Skills:

  • DevOps, DevNet, Big Data, DBA, micro-services and application development, experience working with a global team, security and PCI knowledge
