Paysafe is currently searching for Product Manager – Big Data Analytics to join our IT Development team in Hyderabad. 


The candidate should have the below experience:


  • 6+ years of overall experience (at least 4+ as a product manager in analytics (in Payments/Financial Services domain)).
  • Experience in Payments/Financial Services is mandatory
  • Experience informing decisions by analyzing data from core systems, system logs etc.
  • Experience in leading the product function for analytical projects with backend data processing engines like Apache Hive and Apache Spark, Pig, interactive SQL query engines, and systems for analyzing events in near-real time like Druid or Apache Drill
  • Experience in working with engineering and design teams
  • Deriving insights from customer and merchant transaction data. For e.g., repeat customer analysis, failure rate analysis, revenue generation analysis, customer segmentation analysis, cost reduction analysis, anti-money laundering etc
  • Be the primary point of contact and drive meetings for all analytics use cases
  • Advise on best practice Big Data Analytics methodology and processes for analytics insight generation, technology and data


Below proficiencies would be an added advantage during recruitment:


  • Develop the strategy and roadmap for data/analytics tools and systems.
  • Candidates with experience in working on Tableau projects will be preferred
  • Define product (user driven and product team driven) requirements across all business lines and projects. These projects are not limited to logging systems, data processing engines, framework POCs, data visualization, dashboard tools etc.
  • Match the needs of internal customer groups (executive teams, product teams, and business and operations teams), with intuitive and actionable data solutions.
  • Passionate about solving business problems by leveraging analytics.
  • Evangelize the value of data/analytics and help drive a data-informed culture.
  • Numbers are only as good as the way in which they are presented, and the person in this role should have a point of view on how to make our data intelligible and important to the rest of the company.
  • Play lead functional architecture to create and prioritize backlog, and deliver POCs, projects etc. successfully
  • Develop insights and deliver dashboards on business impact (e.g., revenue increase, revenue leakage, anti-money laundering etc.)
