Job Description


As a sales assistant you will be responsible for sales of our solutions (electronic meal-, eco- and gift vouchers) to existing customers, cross-selling as well as opening new files.


Preparing and monitoring the business plan

  • Identify potential customers in a particular industry, market, ...
  • Updating our database



  • Telephone prospecting for new customers
  • Booking appointments
  • Follow upof prospects and customers in response to mailings
  • Continuous monitoring of the market (and / or market trends) to always play on the ball



  • New solutions to existing customers
  • Offers telephone proposals and adapt to the needs of the customer
  • Negotiation with customers and prospects in accordance with the commercial action plan



  • Optimize customer satisfaction through customer follow up on a regular basis
  • Evaluate the report and relevant customer information



  • You have a first commercial experience
  • You speak Dutch and French
  • You are result oriented and has the necessary perseverance and persuasion to achieve your goals
  • You are a born salesman and listen carefully to the direct and indirect customer needs. You do not give up quickly and will not settle for a 'no'
  • You are independent, enthusiastic and dynamic
  • You are a team player and take initiative
  • You're a good negotiator and easy contacts
  • You have a flair for innovative products and services in the field of IT and electronic payment
