Being a Customer Success Manager at Silverfin means helping people all day, via phone, chat and email. To be good at it, you have to like helping people. You do? That’s really all that matters to us.
We have a great product. We have nice customers. But we have a lot of them, and inevitably they sometimes get stuck. That’s when they find you.
Would you have to know all the technical ins and outs of Silverfin in great detail? No. We will provide good training so you can help people with basic problems, but for any deep-technicaldiving you are backed by a team of experts who help the customers further.
Most of the conversations are in Dutch, but we have English and French customers too, so you need to be pretty fluent in three languages.
Experience isn’t required, but it’s a plus if you have enjoyed working in a customer-facing position before, be it as a call center operator, a waiter, a customer service agent…
