Job Description


The Digital Marketing Manager will lead planning and execution of marketing campaigns with an emphasis on ROI analysis to identify optimisation opportunities and achieve performance goals. This position reports to the VP Marketing and will work closely with sales, product and 3rd party agencies to drive lead generation for customer acquisition.



  • Plan, execute and analyse the demand generation strategy to meet acquisition and revenue goals including a mix of paid and organic marketing tactics (SEO/SEM, social, email, retargeting, affiliate marketing, etc.)
  • Define, launch, and measure growth experiments to learn what channels, campaigns, and offers work best
  • Analyse all aspects of the conversion funnel and identify optimisations to maximise conversion and marketing ROI
  • Create key performance metrics and tracking them
  • Leverage data for insights on buying behaviours
  • Define A/B and multivariate tests
  • Define customised landing pages
  • Obsess over the customer experience and customer journey.
  • Develop and execute testing and optimisation efforts spanning messaging, positioning, pricing and promotions
  • Collaborate with Sales to understand sales process and sales cycles to develop quantitative measures to ensure revenue targets are met and exceeded
  • Work with marketing and technology teams to define deliverables



  • BA/BS degree in marketing or a related field
  • 2-5+ years’ experience in demand generation or user acquisition at a high-growth B2B software company
  • Experience using web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Hubspot to analyse a conversion funnel
  • Ability to effectively prioritise in a fast-paced environment while balancing both strategic and tactical responsibilities
  • Experience building, analysing, and optimising SEM, paid social, and display advertising campaigns
  • Experience managing a budget and maximising marketing ROI
