Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Ninja who will play a key role in scale-up of Qover. You will strategically identify, attract and retain the best talent. Ideally, you have a strong background in recruiting for engineering and/or legal backgrounds. You have a true passion for people and culture, driven to develop yourself and those around you, and, of course, you are fun!   

 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide an extremely positive, high-touch experience for any/all candidates throughout the entire interview process.
  • Implement best hiring practice and procedures.
  • Identify new and creative ways to build the Qover employment brand in the Belgian market including hosting and attending relevant events.
  • Source both active and passive candidates through referrals, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking events, career fairs, university recruiting, and in-depth market research.
  • Maintain our people database and use data to drive hiring decisions.
  • Own full life cycle of recruitment process from sourcing to phone screening to closing candidates.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 4+ years experience of full cycle recruiting in a start-up environment, or if from the agency side you must have worked with tech companies/start-ups or high growth companies.
  • Experience recruiting engineers / developers is highly preferred.
  • Proactive approach to work, motivated to develop your skills.
  • Experience sourcing candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Google Boolean searches, networking events, and careers pages.
  • A data driven mind with experience tracking and reporting key metrics designed to optimize sourcing strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and handle a high volume of open positions at once.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of Qover and the InsurTech world.
