The platform we’ve developed allows our clients & partners to tap into the enormous benefits of next generation Account-2-Account payments. One of our solutions, Open Banking payments, is leading a category which its analysts forecast will replace 30% of eCommerce card payments by 2024.

We are seeking to recruit an exceptional and self-motivated Digital Marketing Executive who will drive our brands and marketing activities to new heights. Execution of the marketing plan is central to the role (and there will be some internal and agency resources available to assist you with that) but what we really seek is creativity and an ability to simplify, distil and energise our positioning and content. You will be intimately involved in shaping our positioning and go-to-market strategy with the sales team and senior leaders.  But more importantly you will have the ability to translate those marketing objectives into digital content which we can share with our target audience through a variety of channels – website, email campaigns, videos etc.  This is a great opportunity to lead and have a lasting impact in a fast-growing Fintech environment.


Key responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our Sales & Product teams to develop our Marketing Strategy, including our product positioning and key messaging.
  • Create and execute marketing plans to support the Marketing Strategy.
  • Manage external agencies (e.g. PPC advertising, PR) to ensure deliverables are aligned with our strategy and targets met.
  • Manage and undertake the development of our website (in Wordpress), including updating design, publishing content, and optimising traffic through the site.
  • Develop and manage events such as webinars, podcasts, Q&As, and conferences.
  • Develop other digital content (e.g. videos, PowerPoint /adobe presentations) to support the Sales team and further our marketing efforts.
  • Manage the company’s social media channels (LinkedIn).
  • Manage email campaigns to our customers.
  • Monitor and track the businesses performance against the overall marketing plan.
  • Participate in planning meetings and share the knowledge that you have gained from the market, data/competitor analysis and product performance.


Candidate requirements:

  • Experience in B2B product marketing in Fintech, Payments and/or high growth SaaS.
  • Demonstrated ability to dive into a product and become a champion and promote features, use cases, and value propositions to customers.
  • Creative thinking around innovative messaging and presentation strategies a must, roll up your sleeves to create/drive visual tools to sell/explain products and services.
  • Strong willingness to get hands dirty and create digital content– be that in WordPress, Adobe Digital, video or other.
  • Willingness to support work of agencies – including copy-editing of material and ensuring it aligns with our key go-to-market messages.
  • Previous Hands-on experience with a wide range of analytics, marketing and automation tools (PR, social media, SEO, SEM, PPC, email campaigns etc.)
  • The candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on teamwork, ownership, initiative and integrity.
  • You are commercially astute and data-driven with strong quantitative analytical skills.
  • You have a passion for gaining insights and translating them into powerful marketing programs.
  • You have excellent communication and written skills; you’re able to work across multiple teams and to present to business leaders at senior levels.
