Are you a go to risk expert for your colleagues? Would you like to help shape how we manage risk across our change team? Do you want to join a revolutionary Bank and manage risk associated with how we delivery projects and programmes across the bank? If yes, then we may have the role for you! 
As a Risk Manager within Change you will be accountable for controlling, guiding and supporting the development of Risk assessments across the Change function. You will be instrumental in establishing and quantifying our change risk appetite as well as making sure risk reporting is done in appropriate ways for different stakeholders. 
So what would you be doing?...
• Working with stakeholders across Change, and across the Bank, to embed governance processes and controls • Working with the Change leadership team to maintain the Change risk profile, test key controls, track and monitor management action plans• Managing the central Change risk register as well as designing and testing our control framework• Working closely with wider teams to make sure there is alignment with our enterprise wide risk strategy • Providing support, education and training to colleagues to build risk awareness within the Change function and across our Change lifecycle • Completing root cause analysis• Providing reporting on Change risk management and having oversight of KRI reporting, tolerances and action plans

• Understand the risks associated with your job and what that means for you, Metro Bank and all our stakeholders• Naturally, you will have extensive experience of operational risk management – either gained in a Risk or Change function or working for one of the regulators• You need to have a good knowledge and understanding of risk management within a change delivery environment• It would be great if you are familiar with risk management objectives and processes • In order to be amazing in this role, you need to have a great understanding of project, programme and portfolio management• You will be a good communicator and be able to outline simple and pragmatic solutions• Ideally, you will have experience setting up risk and control frameworks as well as regulatory reporting
