As our Head of Marketing Operations, you will be responsible for end-to-end marketing optimisation, helping to increase efficiency and enable results, which will help to position Metro Bank as the best bank in the UK. You will be working closely with our Brand and Marketing Director during this exciting time for Metro Bank as you bring to life our ambitious plans.
So what would you be doing?
• Leading the marketing strategic planning cycle, budget management, process management and regular reporting• Developing the marketing technology roadmap as well as reviewing and recommending technology requirements to support omnichannel marketing• Working collaboratively to execute and manage marketing automation campaigns and workflows, lead nurturing activities and lead management • Developing and maintaining the reporting suite using Power-Bi dashboards, CRM and Excel to provide insight into the effectiveness of the Marketing function, including performance tracking • Transforming the Bank of today into the Bank of the future through annual to monthly marketing planning

• Understand the risks associated with your job and what that means for you, Metro Bank and all our stakeholders• Naturally you will have previous experience working as a Head of Marketing Operations, Marketing Technology or Performance Marketing position•We need you to have experience in one or all of the following: cloud marketing technologies, marketing automation technologies, analytics and reporting platforms and data management platforms• It would be great if you had extensive experience of upstream marketing strategies and how the use of campaign performance analysis will help inform and improve future campaigns• Ideally you will have experience with the marketing planning cycle and budget management, planning across all time horizons, from annually to monthly• Outstanding organisational skills, an ‘eagle like’ attention to detail and experience working with multiple stakeholders at all levels
