As the Lead Risk Partner – Operational Risk, you will work within the first line risk management for the customer strategy and innovation (CSI) business area that covers the Products, Marketing, Communication, Data and Digital teams. You will enable them to manage risk effectively to provide an amazing customer experience.
So what would you be doing?...
• Working with CSI teams to update and monitor risk and control self-assessments (RCSA’s), across all areas• Documenting control testing plan and executing across all areas, including reporting of results to CSI Directors and risk committee• Monitoring incidents, loss events and making sure that reporting is in line with operational risk policy and guidance• Keeping an eye at industry trends and events to identify potential new operational risks and challenging relevant CSI teams to make sure appropriate mitigating controls are considered • Coordinating annual scenario analysis activity and inputs to Bank-wide operational risk reporting
