You take our customers are not on hand, but transforms them with your knowledge of digital bosses. In the sequel, they do not need you thereby. Your job is to help customers and inform, so that they themselves make the right decisions. Also help them with questions about their shipments they have made through our platform.

If Allround Customer Service Representative at Townsend Cloud you will be responsible for handling inbound calls and tickets. You answer questions on various topics such as software, shipments and complaints. You ensure that corporate customers are served professionally and come up with solutions where necessary. Additionally keep you busy webcare. A varied and educational function so!


  • You have good communication skills, both oral and written
  • You can multitask well and are proactive
  • You are customizable and can listen well
  • You are a commercial set
  • Telephone and / or administrative experience in a customer service environment is an advantage
  • Knowledge of online products and market is also a strong preference
  • At least 16 hours a week
