You will synthesize broad strokes into clear, actionable, and phased roadmaps with clear objectives. You will lean heavily on your ability to map obstacles and solve problems creatively every day. We’re open to a wide range of experience, but we’re especially interested in candidates who have a demonstrated track record of success in developing inspiring and functional products for web, mobile, and native platforms.
About You

You are a confident leader: proactive, energetic, driven, and inspiring.
You are a strong collaborator, communicator and mentor to others.
You have empathy for our diverse community of backers and creators.
You are scrappy, with an entrepreneurial spirit towards problem-solving and organization.
You are skilled in various ways to unearth product opportunities and validate ideas (A/B testing, prototyping, spikes, MVPs, etc.).
You have experience in both qualitative and quantitative product research.
You are confident in your ability to present work and ideas. You can synthesize findings into next steps.
You have experience developing product process, reporting and measurement.
You have excellent communication, writing, and people skills.
You have a deep interest in Kickstarter’s mission to help bring creative projects to life, and the product opportunities and challenges that come along with it.
Kickstarter is an equal opportunity employer. As part of our commitment to fight for equality, we work to ensure a fair and consistent interview process. We celebrate diversity and we are committed to an inclusive work environment.
