Identify areas of improvement for the Operational Risk Specialists
Prepare trainings for the Operational Risk Team Specialists
Prepare the training process and structure for the new recruits in the department
Deliver trainings to new recruits and existing members
Prepare different reports and analysis
Other tasks related to the fulfillment of all described above
Report to the QA Manager and Operational Risk Director in a timely manner about all cases related but not limited to:
- Underperformance of any team member
- Deviation from any internal project deadline
Communication with CS, Compliance, MS and all other departments in the company
Review on risk operations specialists work in the field of:
- Documents evaluation
- Review of daily transaction flow from the available payment methods
- Investigation of different fraud and AML suspicious patterns and behaviour
- Users activity evaluation and monitoring
Serve as escalation point of specific issues for Operational Risk Specialists and employees from other departments
Achieve individual goals, based on quantitative and qualitative standards
Perform other duties and special projects as required
Candidate Requirements
Strong analytical mindset
History of self-direction
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Confidence to make independent decisions
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to multi-task within a fast paced environment
Good computer and internet literacy
Good knowledge of Skrill and Neteller product
Previous experience in Fraud detection team(s) or other department of Paysafe or similar position in another company across the payments industry.
