Be a core contributor to building a robust business and monetization model of KT;
Closely partner with core teams and professions necessary to build state-of- the art internal advertising network: development, infrastructure, business intelligence, data science, risk, customer service, legal & compliance, commercial teams (advertisers), product teams (publishers);
Report to Chief Product and Information Officer;
Your products are global: 5 countries on 3 continents, set to add new geographies in 2018-2020;
Be located in Hamburg, with 15-20% requirement for international travel;
You will be a leader of a team of +3 (business), working in fully integrated fashion with the engineering team of +7 (dev, test);
Your team and stakeholders will be truly diverse, global community consisting of 30+ nationalities;

Your Profile
You have a background in building and managing CMR/Ad Network systems and platforms for at least 4-6 years;
You have demonstrated outstanding commercial and customer relationship success in running these systems;
You have proven experience in designing effective and efficient process in multi-functional, ideally multi-national context;
You will have formal university education in either of: business/banking, product, process management, business operations, computer science, statistics, econometrics or other related fields;
You understand aspects of monetization models in digital economy;
You follow recent trends in digital transformation of financial services;
You can assume both the customer perspective and the business perspective;
Understanding of web technologies or financial services process and technical stack (product factory, middle-office, back-end) will be a plus;
You are an expert in engaging with engineering, business intelligence, IT infrastructure, commercial teams, marketing communication, product management, segment management, compliance, legal;
You are fluent in English;
You have demonstrated capability of working effectively in an international working environment;
As a plus, you follow recent trends in digital transformation of financial services / FinTech;
You are passionate for what you chose to do.
