You are the expert and source of information in the field of Operational Risk Management for both the business and the (senior) management.
You organize and keep control on the implementation of parts of the Integrated Control Framework (ICF) for continuous assessment of operational risks, and helps integrate the ICF in general Volksbank strategy & operations.
You assess, quantify and report operational risks of business units within your area of interest (portfolio).
You monitor the developments in the operational risk profile of the credit union.
You advise management on preventive and remedial measures and monitors the implementation of these measures. Convince others to implement agreements made.
You support coaches and management, maintaining and expanding relationships with relevant parties.
You develops and participates in the development of standardized methods and techniques as part of the Integrated Control Framework, on the identification of operational risks within the Volksbank. These methods and techniques include: Strategic Risk analysis, Risk & Control Self Assessments, Manage and loss event database, Risk Appetite for non-financial risks, Risicocultuur- and consciousness.
