Job Description

Ripple is looking for a Corporate Communications Manager to join the fast-growing public relations team.

As a member of Ripple’s Corporate Communications team, you’ll manage a diverse set of executives and spokespeople from different disciplines, including banking, fintech, blockchain and payments. You will build narratives that these spokespeople can deliver during press interviews and at events.

  • Devise specific communications materials and campaigns based on your understanding of journalists' interests.
  • Counter misinformation that might interfere with our business and ability to serve our customers.
  • Craft and execute communications plans and media strategies for both internal and external audiences.
  • Draft and oversee review process for press releases, talking points, messaging documents and other communications, seeing each through to completion.
  • Support thought leadership programs for company executives, including drafting opinion pieces, research reports, and other contributed content.
  • Manage weekly company meetings and quarterly all-hands, including creating agendas and presentations, managing event logistics, tracking impact/feedback of the events, and recommending process and content improvements.
  • Support the design, development and dissemination of the XRP quarterly reports.
  • Support media training for company executives, conduct spokesperson training prior to interviews and provide presentation support for speaking engagements.
  • Manage external vendor and agency relationships.


  • 7+ years experience in public relations or corporate communications, ideally in both in-house and agency settings (fintech experience preferred)
  • Established relationships with media contacts and demonstrated success with media relations
  • Skilled at planning, prioritizing and executing in a fast-paced environment with keen attention to detail
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication with a special knack for telling stories in a clear, intriguing and effective way
  • Ability to draft focused talking points and content for simple blog posts, FAQs, video scripts and more
