Job Description

The International Corporate Communications Manager will be responsible for executing our communications strategy as we continue to expand internationally. Your responsibilities will include international PR and internal communications, as well as working cross functionally with your marketing colleagues on owned content and events. You will need to ensure that regional leads in APAC, EMEA and LATAM have vital information and messaging from HQ to succeed in their public appearances and press interviews.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Work with the broader communications team to build key messages and cascade them to leaders in the local markets
  • Brainstorm and land proactive press stories that are relevant to local markets
  • Run product and customer announcements that originate or are focused on specific countries outside the United States
  • Manage local PR agency teams in APAC, EMEA and LATAM
  • Handle internal communications for international offices
  • Staff events with executives when relevant

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • 7+ years of overall experience (in-house experience is a plus)
  • Previous experience with global teams and/or experience working in region is a must
  • Excellent communication writing, organizational and project management skills
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is able to multitask, re-prioritize projects and communicate priorities to business partners
  • Ability to travel ~30% of the time
  • Flexible working hours (some early mornings with EMEA, some later nights with APAC)
