Job Description

Are you eager to use your HR expertise, significant influencing skills and ability to lead at a place where you can have a huge impact? We are looking for an HR Business Partner who can strategically partner with Rippler’s and our People Leaders globally. You will be integral in providing support to Ripple by using your communication, coaching, organizational design skills, and leadership development expertise.

As an HRBP, you will improve manager capability through both 1:1 coaching and leadership guidance.

 

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Engage and influence management to support and implement HR initiatives across the US
  • Lead critical change management initiatives alongside the executive leadership team
  • Build the business partner relationship alongside of our teams to better understand the business, goals, and challenges
  • Provide leadership, consultation, and advice to management teams in areas of: workforce planning, performance management, and organizational effectiveness
  • Collaborate and partner with People team (i.e.: Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Operations) on projects, programs and initiatives
  • Consult with and provide guidance to managers, executives, and peer professionals to help identify, assess and deliver training needs and opportunities
  • Partner with senior leaders and executives on organizational design and headcount planning

 

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  • You have 10+ years of experience within HR with 6+ years as an HR Business Partner
  • Experience partnering with executives and leading teams, preferably in the technology industry (Bonus points for management consulting or operational leadership experience)
  • Experience driving development programs across all business lines and at scale
  • Strong business acumen and an ability to understand business units’ needs,
  • Experience assessing a product/service value proposition and experience translating their HR needs within larger context of company success and profitability
  • Strong enthusiasm and commitment to the HR profession
