Accountant

The Role

This cross-functional position will provide the right person with exposure to all levels of the organization.  This position will assist with day to day accounting activities. Responsibilities

• Conduct accounting activities relating to the Corporate accounting to include bank reconciliations, payables, accruals, expense reports, journal entries and other assigned accounts. 
• Contribute to month-end, quarter-end and year-end activities related to general ledger close 
• Prepare account reconciliations and flux analysis
• Work on ad-hoc/special projects as needed

Qualifications

• 2-3 years in experience in accounting
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required
• Understanding of GAAP accounting concepts
• Strong system skills, preferably with major ERP software such as Workday; Intermediate Excel skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to adapt well to a fast-paced and constantly changing business environment
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Demonstrated ability to provide good customer service
