We’re looking for someone who is a fast learner, is excited to run programs from start-to-finish, who has a track record of effective compensation partnerships at previous companies (ideally pre-IPO and public), who has mastered the nuances of equity compensation, and who can help us firmly and empathetically deliver compensation to candidates and employees.
