Summary 
We are seeking a highly-talented and adaptable associate to join our Business Operations and Strategy supporting our next generation of Collections and servicing. We are looking for a creative professional with a passion for communications, technology, analysis, stakeholder engagement and the energy to effect organizational transformation. 

The role will encompass a variety of areas and activities, including financial analysis, subcontracts/contracts administration, proposal analysis, communications and business. Exceptional skills in fiscal management, written communications, developing and sustaining organizational performance scorecards, and technology acumen are a must. The right person will help create our collections story through active engagement with the broader team, driving transparency and operational effectiveness across the organization, in support of our overall goals. 

As a team member of the Business Operations and Strategy organization, you play an important strategic and operational role in the success of the organization. This role could be for you if you thrive in a fast-paced environment while solving complex problems, are able to manage multiple priorities, and deal well with ambiguity.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities 

  • Work closely with Director, Servicing and Funding to: 
  • Drive progress on organization-wide and/or high-level initiatives and ensure crucial deadlines are set and met. 
  • Work closely with senior leadership team to coordinate the implementation of strategy and policy goals in accordance with leadership direction. 
  • Set and align internal processes, standards and resources to strategic direction and to advance the purpose of the organization. 
  • Drive organizational accountability by providing financial analytics and guidance for expenditures that align to division goals and objectives offerings. 
  • Closely monitor and report on contract vehicles, ensuring appropriate allocation of expenditures and strategic alignment. 
  • Drive a division brand through a cohesive communications and marketing strategy. 
  • Liaise with senior member company representatives and other key stakeholders on behalf VP as required. 
  • Set division up for break-through thinking and initiatives. 
  • Advance the division as a competitive employer by shaping the work environment and attracting and retaining talent 

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work or military experience 
  • At least 5 years of business analytics 
  • MUST have vast experience building collections reporting
  • Risk/credit experience


 Preferred Qualifications 

  • Master’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Engineering or Business Management 
  • 5+ years of experience with technology concepts and methodologies 
  • Agile certification 
  • PMP certification 
  • AWS Certification
