We are looking for the best and brightest to help us get it done. Our fast-growing start-up was founded in 2010 and currently has approximately 430 employees across its 12 operating countries, with offices in Amsterdam, Berlin, London, Madrid, Mexico City, Sao Paulo, Edinburgh and Stockholm (HQ). We are looking for an Onboarding Marketing Automation Specialist determined to make our fast-growing user base of iZettle merchants get a great start! To succeed in this role you consider communication an extension of product and are dedicated to truly make an impact on iZettle user’s habits and behavior. Through strategic and tactical e-communication you will push that our users get a great start with iZettle and that they benefit from our whole product portfolio. We are looking for someone who is curious about understanding our users from every angle and an interest in advocating the importance of successful on-boarding as a driver of loyalty. You will be part of the Customer Engagement Communications team (CE Comms) but in order to drive change you work closely with Marketing, Sales, Product and UX/User-journey to share insights, align communication and drive user-centricity in all touch points. Key Responsibilities ● Increase activation by driving deeper engagement and activity during the first period as an iZettle newbie ● Develop, implement and optimize automatized communication ● Educating our users on iZettle and continuously optimize upselling ● Analyze customer behaviour and survey customers to identify triggers, itches and improvement areas. ● Constantly monitor and optimize internal KPI’s such as activity rates and sales contribution Desired skills and experience ● +2 years experience from Digital Marketing, Marketing Automation, CRM strategy, Campaign Management, Market Research, Loyalty Management or a related area ● Experience in driving activation, user behavior and up-and cross sell ● Experience from Marketing Automation and/or CRM Software (e.g Carma, Iterable, Salesforce or similar) ● Data driven, analytical and strong in digital communication ● Fluency in English ● Degree in marketing, business or related discipline. Personal attributes ● Passionate about and willing to develop and deliver in a fast paced team environment ● Passionate about driving user behaviour and habits ● Ability to see the bigger picture while still being attentive to detail ● Creative and capable of driving change ● Not afraid to speak your mind Please note that this is a project based position for 5 months from September 2017- January 2018.
