The People Operations team team is focused on creating an amazing team member experience. We strive to create the environment where our team does their best work and focuses on the core components of their jobs. You will handle people-related issues, opportunities, and challenges while providing general HR support for our team members. You’ll be the “go-to” person on benefits and run our onboarding program. Our team will think of you as a trusted advisor and seek you out for advice.
What excites you
- Helping create a unified and engaging team member experience with the People Ops team
- Taking full accountability for our onboarding program to ensure all new team members are off to a great start
- Collaborating with hiring managers to track and support new hire learning and development over their first few months
- Supporting HR in our HRIS system ensuring data accuracy and effective data access with payroll
- Supporting HR team on medical, time off, parental leave, 401(k), FMLA, CFRA, SDI, LOA, etc, as needed
- Reconciling all benefits enrollments making sure that everyone is satisfied with their experience
- Responding to employment verification requests with urgency and accuracy
- Managing background checks and support employment visa handling
