Attracting and retaining fantastic people is the most important thing we do here at Plaid. We care deeply about the experience of every candidate, no matter the outcome. For this reason, our founders ran recruiting themselves for the first few years of Plaid's life. Now we're looking to build a recruiting team that has this same mentality.
 
We are looking for a Recruiting Operations Lead to drive recruiting initiatives, process improvements and lead our team of RCs. You will using data and analytics to optimize how we attract, source, recruit and interview candidates.

What excites you

  • Build internal process documentation to support recruiting programs and business operations
  • Design and define recruiting workflows, processes and procedures
  • Regularly evaluate and revamp policies and processes
  • Prepare data and develop standard reports when needed
  • Maintain all hiring job descriptions, rubrics, interview panels
  • Support and encourage the growth of recruiting coordinators
  • Ensure coordinators are providing excellent support to recruiters; give timely feedback and troubleshoot issues
  • Empower and support the Recruiting Coordinator team to deliver results through goal setting, mentorship, resource alignment, and performance management
  • Oversee the hiring, on-boarding, and training of new Recruiting Coordinators as needed
  • Ensure that our Coordinator team is consistently operating at optimal efficiency
